This Privacy Policy is managed by NahomPromotion (“NahomPromotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs data practices for:

• The standalone virtual reality game Forest Drive (package identifier com.nahompro.forestroadvr) for Meta Quest headsets;
• The official Forest Drive website at https://forest-drive.nohtv.shop/ (including /privacy, /terms, and /support); and
• Customer support and privacy communications directed to NahomPromotion at support@nohtv.shop.

2. Information Collected and Processed by the Game

Based on a direct technical audit of the Forest Drive application build, the game processes the following specific categories of information:

2.1 Sensors and Features Explicitly Not Used

Forest Drive does not access, record, or transmit:

• Passthrough cameras or physical room images/meshes (ARCameraFeature, ARMeshFeature, and ARPlaneFeature are disabled);
• Microphone or voice audio;
• Hand tracking or eye-gaze tracking data (HandTracking and EyeGazeInteraction are disabled);
• Unity Analytics, Unity Cloud Diagnostics/Crash Reporting, Unity Ads, or third-party behavioral advertising SDKs (all disabled in project settings).

3. Information Collected on This Website

3.1 Apache Web Server Logs

When you visit https://forest-drive.nohtv.shop, our Apache HTTP web server automatically records standard access and error log entries, including your IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL path, HTTP status code, response size, referring URL, and browser user-agent string. We use these logs strictly to deliver static web pages, maintain server security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical errors.

3.2 Cookies, Analytics, and Browser Storage

The Forest Drive website does not install third-party advertising trackers, behavioral profiling pixels, or analytics cookies on page load.

3.3 Privacy-Conscious YouTube Gameplay Video Embed

Our homepage features an official gameplay demonstration hosted on YouTube Shorts (Video ID 3E-HmRvA25o). To protect visitor privacy, we use a click-to-load design with a self-hosted poster image:

• Before you click Play: The thumbnail image is served directly from forest-drive.nohtv.shop. Your browser makes zero requests to YouTube or Google servers.
• When you click Play: Your browser loads the embedded video player from https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/3E-HmRvA25o (operated by Google LLC). Once activated, Google/YouTube receives technical request data (such as your IP address, browser information, and playback interaction) and may store cookies or local storage in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

3.4 Customer Support Communications

If you contact us at support@nohtv.shop, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any diagnostic details or screenshots you voluntarily attach. • Service reliability and compatibility: Recording the one-time installation log event and web server access logs to ensure device compatibility, service availability, and security (legitimate interests).
• Customer support and legal compliance: Responding to support emails, bug reports, and data deletion or access requests (legitimate interests and legal obligations).

We do not sell your personal information, rent contact lists, or share data with third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

5. Third-Party Services

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Horizon Store & Platform SDK): Distributes Forest Drive, processes store payments and refunds, verifies app entitlements, and delivers optional DLC asset files. Meta’s processing of your Meta account and purchase history is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and the Meta Supplemental Virtual Reality Privacy Policy.
• Google LLC (YouTube): Operates the embedded video player (youtube-nocookie.com) when activated by a website visitor and hosts the external YouTube Shorts page. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts: Our website loads open-source web fonts (Inter, Outfit, JetBrains Mono) from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which receives standard HTTP request headers to deliver font files.

6. Data Retention, User Rights, and Data Deletion Instructions

6.1 Retention Periods

• Local On-Device Game Files: Retained on your Meta Quest headset until you reset them, clear application storage, remove downloaded DLC packages, or uninstall Forest Drive.
• One-Time Installation Log: Retained on NahomPromotion’s server only as long as necessary for aggregate installation accounting and compatibility diagnostics, or until you request deletion.
• Web Server Logs: Rotated and retained for routine security and operational diagnostics.
• Support Emails: Retained for the duration needed to resolve your support ticket and maintain records of completed privacy requests.

6.2 How to Delete Your Data (Step-by-Step)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with you. Depending on the type of data, you can delete it immediately yourself or request deletion from NahomPromotion:

1. Delete All Local On-Device Game Saves, Settings, and Caches Immediately:
   On your Meta Quest headset, open Settings → Storage → Forest Drive and select Clear App Data or Uninstall. This immediately deletes challenge_records.json, graphics_settings.json, entitlement_cache.json, local USB wheel profiles, PlayerPrefs (including ForestRoadVR_InstallUserId), and any downloaded DLC packages from your headset.
2. Request Deletion of Server-Side Installation Log or Support Records Held by NahomPromotion:
   Email support@nohtv.shop with the subject line “Forest Drive Data Deletion Request”.
   • To delete a support email thread, simply send the request from the email address you used to contact us.
   • To delete a one-time installation log entry, include your headset model and approximate first-launch date (or, if available, the ForestRoadVR_InstallUserId value).
   • We will verify and complete your deletion request within 30 days and send confirmation once completed.
3. Meta Horizon Store Account and Purchase Records:
   Purchase transactions, billing records, and Meta Horizon account profiles are controlled independently by Meta Platforms, Inc. NahomPromotion does not hold your payment card details and cannot delete Meta’s independent store transaction records. To manage or delete your Meta platform data, visit the Meta Quest Help Center or your Meta Account Center privacy settings.

7. Security Practices and Children’s Privacy

Security: All communications with forest-drive.nohtv.shop and nohtv.shop are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Local DLC entitlement caches use HMAC-SHA256 integrity verification, and downloadable map packages are verified using SHA-256 checksums before installation.

Children’s Privacy: Forest Drive is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements of the Meta Horizon platform and the applicable store age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information to us via support email, please contact support@nohtv.shop and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy and Contact Information
